Ingredients, if you can’t have some of these ingredients, maybe experiment with some of the replacements we have in this section:-
8 fluid ounces heavy whipping cream
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of another cheese depending on taste
1 pinch ground nutmeg
salt to taste
The remainder of your kief.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add heavy cream and your Kief. Stir in Parmesan and Romano cheese, salt, and nutmeg. Stirring constantly until melted, mix in the egg yolk. Let simmer over medium-low heat between 3 and 5 minutes. Top with other cheese.
